Lisa is a Youtuber and sees herself on camera everyday. She noticed that her nose was not the way she wanted it to be. Maily also wanted to have Rhinoplasty done as she complained of having a wide nose and wanted it to be taller as well. In many cases, women who undergo Rhinoplasty also have fat grafting done on the forehead and other parts of the face. This is done to give the face balance. Maily had fat taken out of the back of her thigh and injected into her face to give her a more harmonious look.
