Answer Plastic Surgery is an incorporated legal entity in South Korea based in Seoul. Under Korean law, a medical hospital must be owned by the practicing doctor(s) and Dr. Choi Min is the clinic’s founder and 100% stockholder. Answer Plastic Surgery is authorized to take part in business activities covering: cosmetic surgery, plastic surgery, general medicine, consulting and services. Answer Plastic Surgery is fully licensed by all plastic surgery authorities and the government in Korea as well as being fully insured. Answer Plastic Surgery also has a medical tourism certificate and is legally allowed to take international patients. Without this special license it is illegal for a plastic surgery clinic to take on international patients.
Answer Plastic Surgery has an international department dedicated to helping international customers and offers services in English, Spanish, Turkish, Chinese, Russian and Vietnamese. Our international department is run by Seoul Guide Medical (http://seoulguidemedical.com) under the guidance of CEO Tony Medina. Answer Plastic Surgery has partnered for years with Seoul Guide Medical as they are experts in running international departments for clinics in Korea and due to this partnership we have developed a strong international presence and treat hundreds of international patients per year.
Payment for all procedures must be done before treatment starts. Answer Plastic Surgery accepts: cash, bank transfer and credit card payments. If you are visiting us from outside Korea, please ensure your credit card company knows you will use it in Korea and have the appropriate limit set to cover your procedure fees. To ensure a surgery date, you will need to send in a small deposit of 300 USD or KRW 300,000. Otherwise, your surgery date will not be guaranteed. Consultations are provided free of charge.
If you do not undergo the treatment but have already paid, a refund will be provided at a rate of 90%. If you have undergone treatment or have started treatment, the fee paid is considered non-refundable. For non-medical services such as package tours, transportation and so on, payments can be refunded only if the services are cancelled with 24 hours or more notice. No refund will be possible with notice shorter than 24 hours. Deposits sent in are non-refundable as those deposits are used to book a surgery date which means that block of time is not given to anyone else.
